In the lower part you will be able to buy Hungarian delicacies, various kinds of paprika and especially sausages.
There are food stalls on the upper floor of the hall, but to be honest, the offer here is not that dazzling, so it's better to come fed and rather choose interesting souvenirs on the lower floor.

Ideally, manage to make your purchases so that you'll be back at the meeting point before 13:00 - and can go out for the following group walk.
